At Swaika, we prioritize the health and safety of our customers. Due to the nature of our products, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns on items that have been worn. This policy is in place to safeguard the well-being of our customers.

Once jewelry has been worn, it is not suitable for resale, as it may come into contact with the skin and personal hygiene products. This precautionary measure is in place to prevent the potential transmission of infections. We are committed to delivering only brand-new, hygienic products to our customers.

We understand the importance of your satisfaction and assure you that our products undergo thorough quality checks before being shipped. If you have any concerns about the condition of your purchase upon arrival, please contact our customer service team, and we will be happy to assist you.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges 

The item must be new, unworn, and undamaged to be eligible for exchange. Products that are broken or used cannot be exchanged. Within seven working days of the day you receive your order, you may request an exchange. Please ensure that in case of damaged product, customer themselves will have to make the return and only the exchange/refund will be processed.

To complete the exchange process, please keep all tags, invoices, and packaging that came with the product. Please be aware that products that have been discounted are not eligible for exchanges or returns. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
