Within seven working days of the day you receive your order, you may request an exchange. The item must be new, unworn, and undamaged to be eligible for exchange. Products that are broken or used cannot be exchanged.

To complete the exchange process, please keep all tags, invoices, and packaging that came with the product. Please be aware that products that have been discounted are not eligible for exchanges or returns. Returns will be processed at the point of purchase, unless the company is at fault for the damage.
